Ekg/Phlebotomy

The purpose of this course is to provide students with practical generic skills in the health occupations. After successfully completing this course students will be able to:

  • Demonstrates an understanding of and apply wellness and disease concepts
  • Effectivly describe cardiovascular system
  • Identify legal and ethical responsibilities of an EKG assistant
  • Demonstrates knowledge of, apply and use medical instrimentation modalities
